Manchester Munch

Hi there,
If any of the moderators on here happen to read this, I was just wondering if there have been any 'cry-offs' from people for tonight's Manchester munch.
I did apply for an invite, but wasn't selected...possibly because I am fairly new to the site. I have been active in posts since and would really love to come and meet some people tonight.
If there's no spaces still available, then I hope you all have fun!

Sorry, the NW munch is full as far as I know. SteveG sent out the location info a few days ago - who gets an invite is not a mod issue, it was open to all forum regs, the list just got closed early cos there were too many people for the venue to handle! You should have spoken to SteveG earlier I'm afraid!

Oh, I understand that places are limited...was just hoping there may be a 'cry-off'. And, by the way, I put myself down on the list early (second page of the post, I think). I'm sure there was a good reason I didn't get an invite...
Well, hope you all have fun tonight...and if by any miracle there's a couple or single female NOT going tonight, pm me if you would like to meet tonight!

You probably didn't get an invite cos you were very new at the time.... but that's only my interpretation of events. Perhaps you should ask SteveG? Make sure you get to the next one though (if there is a next one of course!)
