As an update to the above this is a group effort. We think we have sorted the venue which blue and myself provisionally booked on Wednesday afternoon. We are probably using a private room with its own bar in a famous Manchester Bistro sugested by Leps and which many of us have previously used. If we wish then we can have our own disco in the room after the meal if we want it as there is a dance floor, we will be exploring this further. However there is a very small charge for the room ( Sassy is working on this) and the restaurant require a deposit per person so we will be taking non refundable Deposits of £10 for this event because its a Christmas meal and we will have to pay for bookings not turning up on the is a limit on numbers so it will be on a deposit paid basis I'm afraid. Mistress Sassy is the chief treasurer and I am merely assisting her. Leprechaun is sorting the list.

Further to what Judy has said here, the food at restaurant we have chosen is very nice indeed, and the price for the 3 course Xmas menu is reasonable considering it is Xmas! There is a varied choice on the Xmas menu including a veggie option. We picked up some menus the other day so if you are wanting to come and are a faddy eater (like me
)we can let you know the choices beforehand. I'm sure they'd cook you something else anyway if you didn't want anything off the Xmas menu. :P
