Its not a bad place to meet up in, ges busy rnd 11pm and probably 2 many single men looking for some action. Have meet up with some great people there and as long as your willing to give them space they are happy to include you. Rios itself is a littedated in decor but its fine. One hint bring flip flops.

I second that, I did attend the first time in a group but arrived separately but second time went on my own, I found the staff and venue welcoming even on my own.
