Menorca - early October | Swinging Heaven

Hiya everyone,
We're off to Menorca for our annual holiday in the first week of October - and for the first time it's just the 2 of us!! NO KIDS!! amazing aint it.
and as we are 'alone' so to speak we wondered if anyone would like to meet up for a few drinks and a little chat. Nothing too heavy or strained - it is a holiday after all.
If we 'click' then who knows what might happen - we do have our own pool and a 3 bed Villa to fill - so we'll be happy to share our facilities with the right people and hopefully meet and enjoy the company of new friends.

found these quotes from people who had actually been to Menorca last year at around the same time we are going this year
"The average maximum temperature in October is low to mid 70's fahrenheit with the latter figure more likely near the start of the month so the brochure is about right or may even be a little conservative. I have been in Menorca at the end of the month for the last two October school half terms and some days were even hotter than that. However, October can also be the wettest month of the year in the Balearics so there will be always be a chance of having some cloudy, cooler days with some rain anytime in the autumn months there."

"We had a week in Menorca at the beginning of Oct a couple of years ago and although we had mostly lovely warm days we did have a couple of cloudy found the sea still nice and warm as well."

"I went to Menorca the first week of October a couple of years ago. The first part of the week was lovely and really hot. The second part got a bit colder and we didn't have any sun the last couple of days - from what I can understand it can be a bit hit and miss!"

Hi LnC My Parents (Tracy) have lived in Menorca for nearly 23 years,. what part you going to? Shame we are not going out to them this year, The weather can be lovely in October, i know its very hot at the moment, Hope you have lots of fun, Tracy and Steve xxxx
