I think if you're not into a particular fetish it can seem rather strange, but there are a lot of people who do get really turned on by it, from being attracted to nurses, or nurse uniforms, all the way through to medical examinations of the type this guy is talking about and beyond. I don't see any reason why it should be derided, to be honest, any more than any other sexual interests.
And to make comparisons between someone who likes doing that, and a mass murderer is going a bit OTT in my opinion. After all, he and his wife were (according to reports) also into swinging in a big way too, yet we'd all be up in arms if someone turned up here and said 'Oh yes, swingers, just like Fred West', with the obvious implications.
As long as it doesn't hurt anyone, and it's all consensual, I don't see that there should be a problem with it really.
