New swinging club in Liverpool?

A mate of mine has said there is a new swinging club opening up in liverpool, in the City center.
Sounds a bit unusual for the location, just by China Town.
Just wondering if anyone had heard anything about it or is it all rumours and rubbish.

It was in the local paper in November that the club was to be called HRH (Hurray Henrys) – named after its location in Henry Street, just off Duke Street . Not sure if it is actually open yet though.

Before you read my Post on this thread, please have a read of this found in the local newspaper:

I had a day off & decided to have a walk around the Henry Street area of the City Centre to find the mentioned club.
I couldn't locate it whlist walking on the street, just lots of Warehouses with the possibility of the club being in one of them?
No Website I can locate, so it's a mystery to if it really do exsit?
If anyone has been please do tell on this thread.

I work at the city council as a planner and planning permission was refused for the opening times so i think they are applying for revised times then it will be open soon.
And it is in Henry Street
