Hello fancied doing something a bit different this New Years Eve and were considering about going to a club. Just wondering what experience any of you have had? Would you recomend it, and if so , where?

We have been to Chams in Darlston for NYE and it was brilliant, we got there about 6pm thou to make sure we got in as we had been told it would be very busy, it was busy but still fun (i dont much like clubs when they are to busy as i hate crowds) it was about 3/4 years ago though and at the time we were frequent visitors to Chams but we havnt been for NYE since then due to being the kids taxi service and also we dont like the place as much now since the prices to get in and for food went up plus the price of petrol, however it was good fun and we enjoyed it then even if we dont want to go again .... we tend to have a private party at home now instead.

Yeah, Chameleons would probably be the natural first choice for most that neck of the woods wouldn't it Nellie. Never been there yet, somehow never got round to it, been threatening to go for years.
Xstasia West Brom could be a good option. Been there, very night clubby feel ground floor, would barely know it was a swinging club were it not for the girlies tending to be wearing lingerie and fetish type stuff and little else. ;) Play rooms upstairs in the loft were basic but adequate when I went though none with locked doors IIRC, may be a consideration, maybe not? Downstairs social area off the main club / dance floor area had BDSMesque racks and benches when I went for those fancied putting on a bit of a show. Think we put some people quite off their drinks making use of it when G and I went, you'd think they'd never seen an attempt at fisting someone in cuffs before?
Mixed crowd but perhaps a little younger than you might expect ordinarily at a club, and I got the impression a lot were there more for the eroticism of flaunting / exhibitionist stuff in a night club atmosphere more than were actually there to play the two or three times I went. May be being unfair there and just not very representative crowd those nights.
AtlantisEvolution in Stoke is well reviewed. Anyone been? Now you have Mids, reg there IIRC ain't you Jed? And a listing for NottinghamAdultParties there but no reviews. Anyone done those?

Phew, seems I did check it before after all. :lol: All being well, we'll be at ClubF in Durham on NYE, if it's like last year it'll be pretty busy, lots of drinking (well they are mostly Geordies) some food and a few people in the playrooms and wet area, maybe a few in the dungeon.
I'll have the car, so not be drinking apart from low alcohol, but the one thing I don't like, maybe cos I'm not drunk, is random strangers wanting to kiss, cuddle and be your new best friend, just cos it's midnight on 31st Dec. !!! Hey, it's OK to shag them, but please don't slobber and get sentimental over us !!
