It's very much a case of "seeing is beleiving", so if you really want to meet people, then I recommend you spend time in the chatrooms, and show your face on cam. It's also an excellent way to strike up a freindship, via a bit of light hearted banter. Be careful not to offend someone; it's a case of some people knowing each other well enough to get away with a certain degree of abuse and insult swopping, so just jump into the chat and play it by ear. Alternatively you should make the effort to go to one of the socials, the details of which are usually posted on here. You'll meet people and therefore be verified as a genuine member.
