Rather than just newcastle.... could someone arrange some regional newbie munches?
Preferably with some 'old hands' there to organise the events and ensure a good mix of genders?
It would be nice to get to know some of the people who's post I keep reading.
And just 'cos we don't post gazillions of replies doesn't mean that we're not on here most days reading them.....
My only concern (having read a lot of posts) is that it should be 'a munch' i.e. no pressure - just a social chat and get to know people session.
That way a lot of us newbies could get to know peeps with a view to gaining new friends and eventually becoming fully integrated into all the parties and meet ups and fun that you regulars seem to have ....
Two concerns that I believe would need addressing are
1. could anyone regular be bothered to organise it?
2. how would anyone prvent it being hijacked by some of the less friendly 'sod you I want sex now' brigade that seem to come and go and insult folks along the way?
failing all that .... I suppose this is a good opportunity to post something constructive and move one post nearer to becoming a regular 'poster' ......lol :thumbup:
