A hat is not compulsory however if you do not have a hat you need to be approved first by a hat wearing dogger. So that there are no allegations of favoritism from the Norfolk selectors, as an independant Cambridgeshire chap, I hereby offer to check out Norfolk BBW to see if she is suitable.
