Afternoon all
Slight problems - will have to look at the reserve list and add some more people to it as have had a number of dropouts.
Second and main problem is me - have to unfortunately go to Kazakhstan on Thursday of this week, 1 day after i get back from India so am going to have to put the meet back by 1 week - 23rd Junenow folks. Now i realise this may change things for some people so can you let me know who can and cannot attend.
I have to take this job as its an important client - plus this gives time for the loft to be done so there will be 1 more room available.
Apologies for telling you so close to the date but i only found out this morning!!!

I have just noticed that there is a BBQ in North East on 23rd which is why not a lot of people are attending.
I am now proposing a change of date to whatever suits the majority best. I am not going away for 3 weeks solid so can do any weekend after 23rd.
So make some suggestions and we will rearrange so we can have a few more peeps turning up.
