I don't mind people bring along a guest or another couple as guests but I'm gonna have to say no to people bringing multiples of single guys as guests. If they were active users of the site then I'd be happy to invite them in their own right but I'm assuming they're not. I gotta draw the line somewhere I'm afraid.

You have to be a regular user of the site to receive an invite. If they've not replied it may be because they don't recognise you. Try PMing them with a chatroom user name or an ad number and see if that works.

I would very much like to come as I really enjoy the munches from various sites and find them a great way to meet new people.
I have to add however that I might not make it, so if its strictly numbered and my enclusion might exclude someone that can make it, then let me know... It will all be down to having enough money for the petrol, lol.

Just to keep everybody up to date……………..
The arrangements for the pub have been confirmed and with the number intending to come the owner is happy to close the doors and let us have the pub to ourselves. There will be two guys on the door making sure that we do keep the pub to ourselves so it really is a necessity that you let me know you’re coming.
As usual it’s a free event but to help cover the cost of the buffet, the karaoke/disco, the extra bar staff and the guys on the door we’ll be passing a collection round at some point during the evening. The collection will be purely voluntary and we’re only looking to relieve you of some loose change. We might have to get in quick though before CarrieAnn nicks it all.
We had 134 people at the last NW munch but this time it looks we might considerably better that because I’ve got a list here with 188 names on it. The problem I have is that only 111 of those people have actually confirmed that they intend to come. The confirmed list breaks down into:
40 couples
12 single girls
1 television
18 single guys
The biggest percentage of non-confirmed is, as usual, the single guys.
There have been a number of people asking to be included that have only just joined the site or have only made a couple of posts and then disappeared. I keep checking to see if these people do become active users of the site but the majority just simply don’t. I’m sorry guys but the munch is for active users of the site only. If you don’t join in you might as well just arrange yourself a night out in a pub full of total strangers.
One last thing I want to mention is dress. We all know that most of the girls want to dress and feel sexy (and the guys wouldn’t have it any other way) but there’s a bit of a difference between sexy and outrageous. Please remember that this is a normal Saturday night out in a normal pub, it’s not the sex maniacs ball.
