Due to the roaring success of the first munch i organised, ive decided to get another one organised for a christmas party (nothing like forward planning eh?)....
After much deliberation (10 seconds worth) i've decided to make this a fancy dress event....however, this is optional, but the more of you that do it the better the event will be.
There will be prizes of £30, £20 & £10 for best fancy dress costumes on the night
The location is in South County Durham, if anyone wants to know a little bit more about the location then they can pm me and i'll do my best to assist you with hotel reservations and stuff and as its an official munch it is governed by site rules, if anyone is unsure what a munch is then read this link
The room to be used is to be confirmed as of yet, but it holds approx 100 people so the guestlist will be open for the first 110 and then the reserve list will open.
As before, there will be a DJ (thanks Richie) and also a buffet laid on and i anticipate that the cost will again be £5 per head.....however, i will require paying up front this time (due to the amount of no-shows from the last munch and it takes away the worry i have of not recovering my costs) and i will set a date for tickets to be paid for shortly. Payment can be made through my wife's paypal account.
As before, the cash left over from tickets and from fund raising on the night will go to the same charity as the last event - North Tees Hospital Special care Baby Unit.
So....the date for the diary this time is Sat 29th December 2007 from approx 7pm, get your sitters sorted folks, its gonna be a good one as anyone who attended the last one will testify!!!!!!
