We would just like to say how disappointed we are - not at the fact we have been declined an invitation, but the fact that we have seemingly been ignored without a response.
We understand their is certain protocol and etiquette - however we imagined that this would also extend to a courteous reply on your part.
This really does make it difficult for newcomers, who appear to be shunned, or simply ignored.
Just a reply would have been nice.
Anyway, that's our feedback - hope it's taken in the right spirit...

I think I was on post number 25 when I asked for an invite to the NW munch 3. I had been in the chatroom for about two months previous to that and on the forum about 3/4weeks.
I was no way expecting to get an invitation to the munch or the Bi/fem Ann Summers Party either because I was just too new. I then had to confirm and show I was for real. Swinging wasn't so much in every headline then either and press wasn't a such a major concern as it is now. Even I am a little nervous about unknown names on lists. Don't take it as personal just keep asking and getting involved. The rest will follow.
