It has been brought to my attention that it has not been universally applied that everyone on the above list was on the site before August this really annoys me and Steve who have both gone to great lengths to make sure that either everyone has been on the site before August or has someone who has met them from the site who is trustworthy(ie a mod or an op) who can vouch for that me and Steve personally know that are trustworthy.
