We posted a similar question back in May and got this answer once we returned home so never checked it out but it may be helpful ......
I have been to one called Au Pluriel in the centre of Paris. It's a very nice club with several floors going below ground. Very good atmosphere, they do allow singles in moderation but there is a good number of couples that attend.
Mostly quiet early in the evening, a huge buffet is provided and is excellent if you like French food. The club gets very active after about 11pm.
It's quite expensive but very nice, clean, and well established - I'd recommend it. It's definately different.
