Warming the Bed
I'd say that it depends what you are looking for, although we haven't been to Partners on a Thursday, so don't know how busy/quiet it is likely to be.
If you enjoy the wet area at Partners, probably the best we've been to, certainly in the NW, then I'd suggest going there, as No 3 only has a sauna.
If you're not overly bothered about that, go and see what you think of No3. I'm sure you'll be impressed by the décor, friendliness and the huge play bed, if that's what you're into! The private rooms as just as nice!
I suspect we'll be there on Thursday!
