We'll start with Unacceptable Use of this site
Anything illegal, including (but not limited to!) the promotion, suggestion or allusion to , or any non consensual acts.
Anything hateful, like racist remarks, or using offensive terms offensively.
Abusive or aggressive behaviour towards other people on here.
AUP Update: Posting a telephone number anywhere on this site.
Escorting ads or any pay-for-sex type services like 0909 numbers, or pay-for 'gangbang/bukkake parties'.
Trying to get 'stars' for your money making projects like video shoots or photo shoots.
If you're only here to sell a service of any kind. People come here to meet other people who are here to swing or interested in swinging. They DO NOT come here to see you touting for business.
Any posts that are only put up in order to exchange pictures, videos or offer photography services or some such - go elsewhere to do this, we don't want it here cluttering this site up.
Posting pictures in the photo ads section for which you do not own the copyright, or posting pictures that are simply fake, a joke, or don't actually contain any part of you in them.
Spamming - this means posting a link to a site that is only for commercial purposes and is not a genuine Swingers resource. We do not solicit links from anyone being posted unless in the spirit of sharing a genuinely useful or interesting site with others, or if it is a personal non-commercial website. Basically, unless the poster had genuine non-commercial intentions (this is usually obvious), it is considered spam. Bottom line to spammers is this; approach us for a link, do not spam. If you spam, and then approach us for a link, you can forget it. Links to other so-called 'swingers' sites are considered spam.
Multiple abuse of the various systems on the site. For example, not paying attention to the instructions on the Photo Ads section and posting unnecessary duplicate ads in the same categories, or posting your ads in the incorrect categories.
In summary, if it's illegal, unfriendly, or you're here trying to make money in some way (no matter how directly or indirectly) then you are NOT welcome to use this site, it's that simple!
Acceptable Use of this site
Anything responsible, honest and genuine that doesn't contravene the above.
Consequences
We have Moderators (including us) who monitor all activity on this site. Anyone found to be going against the ethos outlined above will find their posts, and access to posting to this site, removed.
Serious or continued abuse of Swinging Heaven's Acceptable Use Policy may result in further action being taken accordingly. We report to the Police, ICSTIS, your ISP, etc. You have been warned.
