Morbius and I are heading into London on 11th September for the Last night of the Proms at Hyde Park.
We might make a weekend of it but got to confirm babysitters etc yet so no guarantees for any playtime, but we'd love to arrange to meet up few some of the SH regulars or anyone who might be interested.
It's more of a social meet for us but we'd love some excellent company to go with the music/fireworks etc.

That sounds very nice. We are only about 45 mins away from Hyde Park by motorbike, and recently saw Red Hot Chili Peppers there. Have been to Last Night of the Audley End Proms which was fantastic, we enjoy all kinds of music (as u can tell lol) and with good company around, even better.
Just need to check dates and baby sitters. :karaoke:

This is my first post (hopefully of many). Just for the record I'm the lucky guy that'll be setting the fireworks off on Saturday!!! I know that this is a little unbelievable but it will be me. I've also done a lot of the Audley End proms too.
I've tried to work it so that I can wander the site during the concert, but I can't find out in advance when I'll be free, or where I'll be able to roam, so there isn't much point in planning anything.
Have fun
