HI FOLKS ANYONE ADDING NAMES TO THE LIST AFTER THIS POSTING WILL NOW BE ON THE RESERVE LIST FOR XMAS MUNCH I WILL CONTACT THESE PEOPLE AS WHEN AND IF ANY SPACES COME UP.

can i just remind everyone if you have not yet sent payment for xmas munch please do so asap as payments must be recieved by the 31 of october to confirm space after that i will be contacting peeps on the reserve list and if you have not payed by then i cannot hold your space.

if your names on the list and youve had your email can you get in touch pls if your name wasnt on the list and you have not recieved an email with regards to this night out then its obviously had nothing to do with you

Pardon me - I was just nosying at the thread because I saw that it had been cancelled
It's like the locked threads - some people look at them first!
Regarding whom it concerns, I'd say that mods/admin would need to know even if they aren't on the list - they are there to ensure that site/munch rules are adhered to.

soz wast getting at you freckle i was getting at nook admin mods and ops can feel free to ask any questions whenever they like. All the peeps who have paid for the night out have been contacted and it was only a small amount of peeps that had for anyone else that wants to know no money from the event that has been paid will be kept it will all be returned to those people. at no time has any money from any of our nights been kept for our own purposes infact im usually out of pocket.
