Are we allowed to change our plans??
Can we come to the Scottish munch instead of what we'd got planned??
Belgium sounded good..............but................

S&K we have a list of peeps attending,and only the names on the list will gain entrance into the munch venue..

Sorry Lucy, that was really badly worded. What I meant to ask was whether you were publishing a list of all those down to attend so other people can see who else is going as well or wheter it was a case of just seeing who else is there on the night. I know indivdiuals attending will already know. Sorry about the confusing post.

If everyone on the list could be relied upon to keep the details to theirselves then that would be true...............unfortunately that isn't always the case. There have been a couple of instances in the past where people have turned up and when asked how they've got the details have said something like "our friends on the forum told us" or "we asked in the chatroom". It can be really bloody frustrating for the people organising it after they've put so much effort into keeping the details private.

Me too. I know Lucy and Ken have put a lot of effort into this and there are three times as many people going than have been to any of the previous Scottish munches. It should be a great night.
First order of business for everyone should be to make sure that Lucy and Ken's glasses are kept topped up.
