As someone who has organised a munch or two in there time, just one or two things to make you aware off.....
if you are going to organise a munch, and it is a HUGE responsability, then be aware that it won't just be people from scotland who are going to want to attend, people from all over the country are going to try to travel as well......
get your venue sorted first, get your dates sorted and advertise it in advance as far as possible, getting a local hotel list sorted as well is probably a very good idea
if you really want to do this, make sure you are fully aware of the rules...

have a look for example the way that the wigan munch has it set out.....
if after reading all that, you still want to organise one, there are a fair few people here that have organised munches and don't be afraid to ask for advice....
I wish you luck.... been a while since the last proper SH scottish munch, be nice getting the passport out and travelling north of the border again.....
