You'd have to guess that if there are two names on a line, it's a couple. Most people called deansomewhere will be a bloke, most people called Debzsomething will be female.
From a list 23-ish lines long, I'm sure you can hazard a guess of the "status" of most.
Some of the singles that are actually planning on attending "together" might not want the fact publicising beforehand.
Don't forget - discretion is very important to some, and vital to others.
