As you are all insistent on arguing, and wont grow up and act like the adults you are all stating you are, Im going to lock this thread to allow you all to calm down, and stop your childish bickering, cause that is all it is!
Its a bloody social, wether we like the way it is being run, or not, we cant do anything about it! People were quick enough to complain when Admin and Mods got involved in the organisation of socials, and now when we stand back and let the organisers do their own thing, people are still arguing!
Problem with my decision- pm box that way, <<<<< and I will unlock this later when you've all shut up!

I have already told you I cant come to this as I am on a course that weekend. But I think the interest in this thread is great and you have done a brilliant job organising it.
You are nothing but a genuinally nice person. You did a pre thread asking peoples opinions as to whether they thought a singles event would be both acceptable and feasible and you got lots of support from people. Only after that did you go ahead with this thread and the event organisation.
I hope no one gets put off going but they may because of some of the comments. Its a shame that this one cant be locked and you start another 'clean' one for the new year so that people who havent had the chance to see read it yet just read about a social not the side tracking comments. Just a thought?
Whatever, the list of attendees looks great, both men and women so have a brilliant night.

Hi well done Ms Minxie for organising this social should be a good night and be nice to put faces to names it doesnt matter about how many girls to guys there are its just a way of meeting up and i think you done well to organise this one,as its not as easy as people think and i thank you for inviting me, and you can count on my for my support.

Thankyou so much for your support AND the support Ive been getting through pm's & the chatroom.
This social WILL go ahead even if its the last thing I do on SH... You are right, it doesn't matter to me anymore now about the ratio etc... as long as everyones aware it will be male dominated :grin: great for us ladies anyway :grin:
We will sing and dance and have fun regardless, the only rule that is steadfast here now is
'you must be genuinely & completely single'
I will take names off reserve & transfer to main list when Im feeling a bit better but take it as all places are guarenteed so far.

What clitfondler meant was her previous post on here.. Only she wrote 'mail' by mistake so was a little confusing... A few have been edited since mods warning about unessasary wording on posts, even the nice ones :shock: tho not been any bad ones since anyway...lol
