social meet in totton nr southampton,on the 22/7/06

hi,we are trying to arrange a social evening in totton, in the near do this we need to gauge how many people would be interested in attending it.,
once we have an idea of who is coming then we can sort room out,cost of hire etc.
if need to know more ,contact either ,southwest7 or me via chatroom or mailbox,
progress will be posted in here.
have fun while sun shining.
UPDATE
a room has been found,now we need to fill it,lol
it holds up tp 100 people and has,i believe,all mod cons,eg BEER!!!!,
we have 2 dates ,so need to know asap,which is best,either15th or 29th next youcan post in here ,sw(her majesty)can see,and also contact her through here,she can give you more info.
thanks to those who have shown an interest,we need more to fill room though,so come on,get typing,lets make this the first of many,and one of best socials in area..

but am only a single im afraid confused

i hope that isnt a problem?
no problem with a bit of c&w there are only a few styles of music im not keen on (rap & trance spring to mind) so i could bring a few discs with me :)

bringing a few discs with you would be a great help maybe you could be DJ for the night lol.

Hi Folks,
As you can see we have sorted out a venue for our social and we have had a room vote and Sat 22nd July seems a popular date for the regulars. We have worked out that Â£5 per person will cover the cost of the room hire and also enable us to put on a buffett for those of us who fancy something to nibble on without being rude .

If you want to attend please mail me on here and i will get back to you with details of pub etc, i will be happy for those local to us to drop by and pay there money as i need to pay for room in advance or else you can give it to me on the night.
