Have sent out the details now and one thing I will just clarify as a number of people have asked.
I have spoken to the owners of the club. the dress restrictions for men are Smart/ Casual. You DO NOT have to go down to a towel or shorts unless you wish to. They do not want to see tatty old and trainers but will accept smart jeans, shoes and shirt with collar. the words are " Dress to impress "
For the ladies its a lot easier....simply dress to thrill.

thanks for letting me know....right I ahve now moved all off reserve and onto main list...that stil makes 112 people attending, if all turn up.....so trust me..its going to be cosy !!
