A lot of the messages on here contain really bad spelling, and often quite primitive grammar and syntax. Would YOU have sex with someone who couldn't spell properly? I know it's probably not important to most of you, but I'd have a hard time looking someone in the eye if they couldn't spell basic words properly. As well as listing breast and cock sizes, maybe people could also boast of their spelling achievements.

Also, a lot of the best shaggers are dyslexic. So, to recap: I am stupid, but I spell well. You are clever and spell well, but you like men who can't spell but are good in bed and clever. OK.

might be a great shag he cant read or spell either, some people like me sometimes arent the best at typing and hit the wrong key, then its too late.i often edit and spell check my , and ive never had a complaint yet!
I have to admit to disliking posts where the typer has made no attempt to punctuate, use proper grammar, and even types in text speak. Bad spelling isnt as bad, not everyone is good at English, my hubby is dyslexic and our best m8 has very bad spelling, but the sex is still brilliant with both of them

I don't really mind people spelling badly... my point was really that I think that some people think that because this place is a sex forum, they can afford to be lazy and just bang out a sentence without checking it. It annoys me. Just because you're after a shag doesn't mean you shouldn't pause, look at what you've written and see if it makes any sense. If people can't spell or are dyslexic, it's not really their fault. It just winds me up when see a post that says: "Hornie in ENfielD, izzz NE1 upp 4 a shaag?"

I live quite near Enfield. I just remember a lot of teenage journeys through there... suburban mock Tudor houses and industrial estates and rain. To be fair Enfield in no worse than many other places.

Now this I DO get. The one-liners! Suffice to say I wouldn`t get near enough to HAVE to look them in the eye! Mars struggles, many here know this. His posts are normally brief, and few and far between as a result. He sits there worrying what to post, how it will be received, whether his grammer is correct, etc etc. We set a spell-checker up in Mozilla, but the browser doen`t always work (crap PC), so he`ll put words he is not sure about into email and check it from there.............the whole process takes the fun out of posting for him . He prefers to lurk and get to know people socially. However, sometimes we work together. We do not worry about the spelling and capitals, as much as we do punctuation. Mine isn`t perfect, including my spelling, but an unpunctuatated post is simply hard to make sense of, so as long as he gets the `pauses` in, it should make sense. He is also doing really well with apostrophies. So............. A BIG `well done` to Mars, because he deserves it, and he`s really been sticking with it. :love: That said, I`m sure there are a few here who started with `cyber sex` and have experiance with chatrooms where `oneliners` are the norm (done it myself). If they stick around long enough, and get a feel for the place, I`m sure they`d discover that it`s a much different approach which gets the results here. Venusxxx

I was being flippant back there, but in reality I couldn't give two hoots about bad spelling .... what I can't abide tho, mainly cos I haven't a clue what they're on about half the time is 'txt spk' I mean, why say things like 'woz' instead of 'was' - same amount of letters and every thing!!!!! Or is it just groovy to say woz? 'Kewl' is another one stupid word The top one in my hit list is 'da' instead of 'the' :evil: Words like that are not trendy and groovy, they're just silly ......... or I'm just old :undecided:
