Please dont mention exact details of hotels on open forum it can cause unwanted visitors and discretion can be breached.

Thanks to those who gave the heads up on details posted on forum.
We keep the actual details of hotels venue etc private to prevent unwanted guests just turning up and causing problems.
Do by all means pass on your hotel details to those who are attending or you wish to meet up with outside the event BUT do this in a DM.
In the past years we have had unwanted press and banned members arrive and have had 1 lady attacked. Although the problems that were caused were delt with quickly and discretely we prefer that this doesnt happen again as it can mar the whole event. The venue have excellent security and we have been welcome there for many years same for the hotels we use. They are well aware of the discretion needed and welcome us because of how we behave and present ourselves. Lets keep this good faith going folks and keep on swinging 😉😉 😘
