please note we have now reached the limit....and a reserve list is now starting.
If you are on the main list I will inform you of details of how to book in May..and you will have 3 weeks in which to pay. If you have not confirmed in that time, you will be taken off the list and moved to the reserve. If for any reason you can't attend, please do let me know and I can move someone off the reserve list.

just a note to those on reserve list...I shall be asking the people on the main list to contact and book the site in early May.....I will be giving them 3 weeks in which to do this. Those that have not paid by the allocated date will be moved to reserve, and I shall send you the details to book.
There is always those that for one reason or another, can't make it...so fingers crossed for all.
