I have just been reading the book Twitchiker. It is about a guy who hitch hiked from Newcastle to New Zealand using Twitter. He never paid a penny for travel or accomodation, did it all from gifts and invites donated to him on Twitter.
Got me thinking. I need to do something for my holidays, so maybe I will try SwingHiker. Anybody out there interested in offering accommodation or travel to me? Do you think it will work? I am very flexible on what happens, who I stay with etc. Up for most things.
