Next best hotel is Prem ( aprox 2.5 miles away) ... best to book it and then try and transfer later if rooms become available !!  ( did it !)

We haven't written a reply to this yet because we are already members and can attend that night anyway. Do we still need to be on the list or pay a deposit? Sunny and MFL x x

Hi sunny, if you go on a Saturday night it is £25 entry for members not attending the social ... if you go as members attending the social it is £20 so it would save you a fiver ... Of course it is up to you though ... If you are unsure as to whether you can make it or not it is better to pay the extra on the night rather than risk losing the tenner deposit ... let me know either way xxx

Ok Lassy, can you put our names on the list please. We will def be there, probably not in the hotel cos we only live down the road. Might even have a spare bed  if anyone's real desperate lol

Anyone wishing to attend this event should have their names on the list and have confirmed by Tuesday 22nd of November as I have to send the list and the deposits to the xtasia management team ready for the 26th. I will not be able to accept anyone else onto the list for the reduced entry fee and membership after this date.

The list is closing at midnight tomorrow. After this time couples and single fems will be able to attend as guests at Xtasia but at the normal price + your membership fee. Only single males already on the list will be able to attend the event though as Xtasia do not normally allow single males to attend on a Saturday. The list and the deposit money will be sent to Xtasia on Wednesday morning ... Lassy xxx

Last minute I know but only heard about this by word of mouth (not got on SH in months) We would love to attend if at all possible. Please send us payment details, so we can confirm. Not been to extasia in about 6 years and we know it's been through some changes. I'm sure HnS are happy to confirm who we are.
