SO, this weekend, there will be a post on here asking for you confirm that you will be attending.
The same message will also be sent out by PM should anyone not check the thread.
If you know someone on the list might not get online to check their PM's perhaps you could contact them and ask them to confirm.
You will have 7 days in which to confirm your attendance, after which time, should I not hear from you, your place will be given to someone on the reserve list.

Confirmation time!
As promised on the thread, everyone on the list for the Teesside Social will be receiving this message asking to confirm their attendance.
Feel free to ignore this if you have already confirmed.
Please reply by 12 noon Saturday 31st March or your name will be removed from the Guest List and shoved at the bottom of the Reserve List.
Please reply direct to me or Alex.
If you know of someone on the list who may not get chance to see this PM in time, then please get in touch with them and we will accept confirmations by proxy.
Once the confirmations/cancellations are in, we will revise the guest list. People can still ask for invites right up till the last minute but we cannot guarantee them a place.
The details of the exact location will be given out via PM a few days before the event. We ask that you do NOT discuss this with ANYBODY. As far as anyone is concerned, we are meeting in Teesside and no more specifics are required.
