For all those still to Confirm, we've today PM'd a reminder that they need to still do so.
For those who do not confirmby end of Tuesday 28th February, will be :
- considered as no longer wishing to attend,
- their names removed from the invitation list, and
- their place taken by some one on the reserves list
At this time we still are receiving enquiries regarding attendance, with some asking to be listed as reserves and others monitoring the list.
This will then allow those who cannot attend :sad: for whatever reason to be replaced by people on the Reserve list and allow them to make any necessary arrangements regarding travel, accommodation, etc. in sufficient time.
