We have already confirmed and booked accomodation for the 8th May in Manchester, but is it possible and not to late to ask if our invite can be extended to include a single female friend of ours. She has taken a liking to BAX52, so please allow him to attend, I am sure he will not let you down on this occassion. Thanks Cass

It's always helpful when people vouch for others. It gives that little bit of extra confidence and it helps to weed out the one post wonders from the chat room regulars that only visit the forum to put their name down for something like this. So yes, bring them both along.
If anyone else is planning to invite someone they know then please don't do it without telling me. I seriously do need to know how many people are likely to turn up on the night and it's in all our interests that the evening goes well.

I apologise to steveg for butting in here but..... Can we please ask that you do not discuss details for the munch openly in the chat room..... If you want to know some information please either post it here or ask to speak to someone in a pm.....
This is only to ensure that all details are kept "top secret" so that we dont get gate crashers or possible unwanted's there.....
It's very difficult to know if someone is who they say they are unless you or someone you trust has actually met them, so please be wary about hwat you say to whom....

I've just sent out a copy of the latest list for the munch. Hopefully everybody should have a copy and everyone's name should be on it. Any mistakes or anyone I've missed then please holler and I'll sort it out.
I reckon we've got 83 confirmed attendees and another 32 possibles. I wasn't sure we'd have the same interest as the first NW munch but we're well past the 78 or so that came to that one already.
One thing I would ask you to do is that if anybody not on the list starts asking you questions about it then please just point them in the direction of myself or Vicky_uk (or tell them to piss off).
