There are going somewhere in the region of 7000 Ice Hockey fans and players in the city that weekend and hotel rooms are hard to come by already with many of them fully booked.

Talking of hotels. I know I've mentioned it a few times already but if you haven't got one booked then do it soon. A lot of my hockey friends are now struggling to get anything remotely near the city centre as there is a hockey event on at the NIC that weekend.
