Help required from all experienced Munch organizers
I am about to take over a pub and would like to arrange an opening munch!!!
It has 15 rooms which i am going to make Free to those who require them.
There is Two Bars of which i am only going to charge cost price to whoever is invited
The pub will be closed to the general public for the event.
If you are really lucky i will cook breakfast.

Trying to arrange a Munch

Munches are meant to be non-profit making for everyone, including the organisers. Sounds to me like you're plugging your new business here. We don't like that on SH. After one post, you are not in a great place to organise a munch anyways.... no-one knows you!

Even if you were not planning to hold a munch in your own pub.... and even if you weren't making a profit from the hire of the rooms to SH (though you wouldn't be giving free drinks away all night, would you? 
).... you still would not be taken seriously.... I say again, no-one knows you and you know no-one, so how would you know who to invite and who was dodgy?????? :roll:
