Hello folks,
Thanks to all those that have already paid their contributions to the party. Your expediency is much appreciated.
Char phoned the place to confirm the room and has been asked to have paid for the room by the end of January. Therefore its important you get your payments to Char by the 14th January deadline. Its going to take about week for the bank & paypal to transfer the money into one place so Char can pay for the venue.
I have sorted the "official" invitation now. I am just trying to figure out a way of sending it to folk on SH either as an attachment or If I can't do that I will send it as a normal SH mail, to those who have paid, on 22nd December, if not before. From then on once we get payment through from folk, I will send them the invitation immediately. (Apologies to my English teacher who would shoot me for the construction of that sentence, it is an abuse of commas but I can't be arsed editing it)
