It's rather a nice idea serchers but it'll take some looking into before you can plan for deffo.
Venue: are you thinking of a private home or restaurant? If at a restaurant, who's paying? Would the restaurant allow any sort of 'adult play', however mild even in a private room? Where would you all go afterwards for more indepth playing?
If at home, who's cooking? More to the point, who's washing up? :giggle:
If you are opening your own home for a party, you have the house rules to work out too.
There's loads more you need to look into and I doubt you'll get too many takers without a more definate gameplan. I hope you do manage to work it out and good luck with it!

I may be barking up the wrong tree but personally I've only ever known of one 'group' like the sort you seem to be describing, and I only became enlightened after getting seated at 'their' table at a charity ball one summer. It was a real eye opener to discover that these seemingly straight-laced professionals were a close group of friends that were into swinging.
I think there would be a market for 'dress to impress' evenings where relative strangers could socialise with like minded people and enjoy fine dining etc but I doubt very much that an already established group of friends would advertise for strangers very often.
