It's not a problem for us as we will be at the Festival in our caravan but obviously that might be a problem for others...

International festival of the Sea is a massive event even bigger than usual this year because of Trafalger but it may be a different weekend but I know its coming soon, even so hotels in Pompey are still mega booked for the Goodwood festival being its only a short distance.

Ok.... We have a venue :bounce: :bounce: :bounce: :bounce:
I have spoken with them tonight and they have advised that anyone wanting to eat should book rather than trying to get in on the night....
We will be eating at the venue as it is doubtful that we will have the time to eat prior to leaving for the venue.... Anyone that wishes to book please PM me and I will give you the details biggrin

Can I please ask that people do not bring camera's with you or use mobiles to take pictures.... Obviously some of us will have our children there and do not want their faces on any pictures that could be taken....
I also have to stress again that this is a vanilla venue and we ask that people act accordingly.... We would really like to keep this gathering to the original description of a munch as written by Mark.

Oh boy, have we got the wrong idea about this site........thank the Lord we didn't embarrass ourselves saying the wrong thing...and I couldn't possibly tell you what we thought it was about...
Actually Shireen it sounds like fun - we'd love to come. Unfortunately I'm busy, but Sophie would love to join you all if she can.
I'm sure she knows how to behave in front of children, in fact I believe she used to beone - and I know she knows how to dress - but to be on the safe side maybe I'll put her clothes out for her!
