As the list is now getting very full, please can people confirm if they will be attending. I dont want to close the list off and end up with places spare but then dont want to leave it open and end up playing 'sardines' on the night 
I also want to say a big thank you to GingerJo (and Lee) for looking after and filling the list up while I have been absent for the last week. Owe you one Jo (I mean a drink you naughty lot)

Also, Kaz suggested a theme for the munch and I really do think this is a good idea, so if you have any ideas please let me know. It will be totally voluntary for people to dress up, join in with the theme but it may give us all a good excuse to dress up :wink:
And lastly, can I please ask people not to organise any after munch parties on this thread. I also would ask that you please dont repeat what happend at the last munch by announcing the 'afters' party half way through the night and thus leaving the munch relatively empty by taking a large number of the 'munchers' away. I have put the link to the terminology and please ask that everyone reads the advice on organising after munch parties. Sorry if I sound like a 'stick in the mud' but we did receive a large number of complaints following the way people left at the last munch we ran.

A very good though, we all need to remember that even though a Mod is for Life and not just for Christmas, they do occassionally need some time off
Fully agree that Munches are for everyone to have a good night and not for the mods to be 'on duty' yet again. Some really good ideas and we have also had a suggestion for a Tarts and Vicars (which I understand is your speciality :twisted: ) which I think may be the easiest one to do at such short notice. Im sure we all have something which we could class as tarty (just look in my wardrobe if you need proof)
So what do you all think about Tarts and Vicars? Totally voluntary, no one needs to dress up if they dont want to, but it is a good excuse to be silly if you want to :lol:
