Hi everyone wave

Firstly let my apologize for my absenteeism but as some of you know I have been going through some troubled times of late, but things seem top be picking up again and I am hoping to be able to spend more time here in my favorite haven.
Ok to the meet, just to catch up and get everything square in my mind. The date for the bbq is 22nd /23rd /24th of September. I have listed those who have expressed an interest in attending. If I have missed anyone, or if anyone else fancies a laugh, could you please add yourselves to the list, alternatively, if anyone on the list cannot make it, please let me know so that I can take you off the list.
Lilnfil, you really have to try and make this one, it just wont be the same without you guys, pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeease worship

In case of really bad weather I am looking into a few local venues that have a separate function room, bar and music so that we can have the meet in comfort but am hoping for an Indian summer lol

Could we also work out whoâ€™s sleeping in which tent, smackbottom

no Iâ€™m not being a letch, but I need to know how many tents there are going to be, if there are too many to fit in the garden I will have a chat with the campsite up the road and see if I can get some kind of discount sorted out.
If anyone needs the location please PM me and Iâ€™ll send the relevant details.
We are really looking forward to this, should be a right laugh.
Oh, if anyone has any photoâ€™s from the last one, could you e-mail them to me please as mine didnâ€™t come out and the ones that Sheddy tried to send via msm got lost.

Dam it we have been trying to organise an event on the 30th of Sept and that means if Mrs Tweekys free on the 30th of Sept she aint free the weekend before sad

I've got a 2 man/girl tent but not sure if Knight can make it yet so put me down a 1 1/2 for now :giggle: and I've bagged the spot by the pool already poke

I've got photos on my phone but for some reason I can't upload them ( summat about whitespace dunno

) and emailing them hasn't helped rolleyes

Oh and I want the spot next to Sassy as I hear she is good at putting up tents and I'll need help ... lol

You too Sassy. I was not kidding about help with my tent ..lol. I thought we'd grab a drink and see if we can persuade someone else to put the damn thing up.

So far we have 3 x 2man tents
1 x 3man tent
well we have the space for a few more if we plan the siteing a bit

On a serious note would anyone be really put out if we changed the date so that linnfil could make it too?

hello all.....
sorry its taken us so long to get into gear.....jen graduated and we went on holiday so we've been bad at keeping in touch redface

anyways we're still looking forward to meeting you all and can make the set weekend or will have a go at making any other weekend if it changes....will probably be in a two man tent.....if theres still room lol.....

we would feel awful if others couldn't make the new date sad

we had a great time at the last bbq and would have loved to have made this one. smile

With the success of the last one and the amount of time you know we spend down your area, we're sure you'll be having another that we can make next summer (this winter dunno
