Is anyone going to this? It looks like the place has been revamped (at last) and looks quite nice with all the dreary woodwork gone and nice new sofa's. The owner assures us the place is going through a complete makeover so kind of interested to see what the score is.
Anyone have anymore details whats going on?

Well, if it's been revamped and fumigated with all fixtures, fittings and previous clientelle replaced, I *might* have a look and see what theyve done with the place. Otherwise... I quite like flea free ankles thanks.

its not been done up that much as i was in there a month or so ago n a few friends have been there since n they have said its just the same the last time we all went
I agree with that, we went after the last time they mentioned renovation but nothing had changed.
Look at this pictures this time it looks like it's big. It shows lots of leather sofa's and no old pub style wood work.
We were told the gents has been completely re-done, some big 4 poster beds in some Moroccan style , couples room and the bedrooms completely ripped out and redone etc etc so sounds like something has actually happened this time.
Suppose it can't hurt to go have a look. Get there for and get free entry and a glass of champers still gives plenty of time to make whats left of the night.
