you are putting us people from outside the area in a bind....
we are not asking to know the exact venue, just a few hotels near the venue so we can something booked....
the closer to the event the higher the price of any potential hotel....
the higher the price the less likely people are likely to be able to afford it, and confirm....
at the moment it is a catch 22... can't comfirm till I have booked.... can't book till I confirm
so can you send out a hotel list please...... or people like me are going to struggle to make it....

also... I have been hunting in and around the city it is taking place have have managed to find a brand new major city centre hotel that have rooms cheaper left...if we do it as a group
so I need to know in the next 7 days or so how many people going already on the list would be interested in staying at the hotel... the price I have found is 49 pounds
