Young new guy after advice

Hi everyone, i am a new guy to the swingin world.. i have been trying to get into the lifestyle for a few months now.. but i only seem to keep getting knocked back. I never seem to get responses to my ads etc.. I have read the whole thing about single men.. but surely if newcomers to the lifestyle are knocked back like this it doesnt give much hope.. I am looking for any advice of how i can get more responses and meets.. as i want to become active in the lifestlyle.. any tips and responses would be very much welcome.. e-mail or post..

Patience is paramount in getting responses. If you don't contribute to the forums, then you will always appear on the fringes of success. Join in, get to know people on here, let them get to know you, be patient and be polite. Pretty much how you would meet people under normal circumstances. Believe me, it works lol

mal609 is quite correct in everything he said. 8)
Nothing happens instantly in swinging. It will happen, but in nearly every case it's later, rather than sooner. sad

If you have time, peruse similar posts to your own, over the past months, and read the advice given, much of it is very good. wink

Once you get into the swinging scene properly, you may get invited to parties. This is by far the best way of meeting lots of other swingers at the same time. If they like you, then further invitations will follow. smile

Don't just stick to one area of the site, join in the chatroom as well, you could make contacts through there. I did, and I have met a lot of very nice people on a personal level since. lol

There are however some time wasters, leg pullers, out there, you will just have to learn through experience how to sort out and discard them. In the meantime keep at it. :twisted:

I too have only just started out in the swinging scene. Being 22 years old I thought I wouldn't stand a chance of meeting anybody.
The only advice I can give is be polite. Nobody likes wankers who brag to their mates. Not many people want to take a chance of meeting yet another young, male who can promise the world who just turns out to be yet another time waster.
Honesty, polite and curtious. You must remember since you're new everybody here will be strangers, how would you make friends in a pub or park. Thats right you be nice and friendly back. (I think I'm just repeating Mal609 here).
I was very lucky in that the first ever message I sent out I got a reply and now we are very close friends. We have even considered being a swinging couple. I just hope that you will get a little bit of luck and meet somebody who is right for you and for you to make friends or at the least some fuck buddies.

Thanks everyone for your help.. keep givin me ideas if you want.. i knew it wasnt going 2 b instant but it can get frustrating.. il try n be patient.. iv thought bout gettin a friend but with only being 18 i dnt think many of my female friends would be 2 interested
