I think mid March would be a good time, give ppl to get themselves sorted after Xmas and will avoid the Medieval banquet and Scottish munch as im assuming (or is that hoping :twisted: ) that Dundeecpl will be coming again lol

Let's look at dates.... can't be the 18th/19th Feb, or the 5th March...... I think the week in between those would be a bad idea too, so we're looking at either the 12th or the 19th March. If we go to April, we could make it the 9th or the 16th. I think it's a matter of just choosing a date and sticking to it!
Anyways, got a great idea for a game........ keeping it secret for now though cool

Liecester munch is on the 12/2/05 and the banquet is on the 5/3/05 but all other weekends are clear at the min you can claim your free gift from me Bluexxx :twisted:

YES! I forgot to mention that in my last post..... I was aware of the NW munch being planned for April.... we can't possibly clash with that! Maybe I would be safer choosing a March date so that there is no way the two events would be arranged on the same night - that would be a disaster! :shock:
