i can't get rid of it and its annoying me!
what do i do?

It means someone has requested you leave them Shrep.
Go into Shrep and look for the request on the tabs at the top. You can either leave Shrep or remove it smile

I left shrep and it's still there.. do they have to accept or something?

Once I had left the Shrep
I logged out then logged back in again.
worked for me.
