A bedtime tipple

As some of you may know, I am rather partial to a little nip of JD in my coffee. Well I haven't got any coffee so I'm on the hot chocolate instead tonight, and I got to thinking, they make chocolate liqueurs don't they, so I thought... well, you know what I thought and I tried it and yes it does work.

I have been known to make an entire evening meal out of red wine and chocolate, but it's never occured to me to put them both in the same glass.

A hot chocolate with half a measure of brandy is just great. Add too much and the taste changes, it's just that small amount that adds warmth and flavour.
