Okay, sorry to bore everyone with this, but I need to purchase a fridge-freezer and a washing machine (zzzzzzzzz)
just wondered if anyone can offer advice as to good / bad manufacturers?
I am currently leaning towards Bosch.

Bosch - my current fridge/freezer
Miele - my NEXT fridge/freezer and current (new'ish) washing machine!
Can't beat Miele even though they are horrendously expensive.
cool
Try Argos, currys, etc etc
Just dont let a well known chocolate bar and Mal in your kitchen to take out the old built in fridge/ freezer lol
cheers guys!
Had not come across the Miele brand yet - they are a tad pricey, but look the part....
Bosch.... including the cooking stuff as well. All built in and never a hiccup in 2½ years.
Highly recommended!

Me too - so I'll be grateful of any advice too. A long shot but I'm hoping to get it delivered before Xmas.... leave things to the last minute? Moi? redface
I have a Bosch Fridge freezer, bought in 1994 and still going strong. It's got a few bumps in the front where the kids have banged it over the years, but apart from that it is in perfect working order - even the lightbulb is still going strong lol

I did some shopping around on line for kitchen kit recently. I don't know about quality, but when you decide what you want it's worth checking out for a good price. On top of that you get oodles of Nectar points (if you have one of those cards) ;-)
By the way Jags... I think they're even cheaper than JL ;-)
I just go for whatever's the best offer at the time. They're all designed these days to break down the day after the guarantee runs out anyway rolleyes
