You’ve been using Swinging Heaven for a long time now haven’t you?
Not as long as some people but yes, I stumbled across the site about 18 months ago. It was only a small site when I found it and if it hadn’t been for the friendliness of the 7 or 8 people in the chatroom I probably wouldn’t have stayed long.
So what keeps you there now?
There are a lot of reasons. The people I’ve met, the friendships I’ve made, the sense of community. The site has been very successful, not just for me but for a lot of people.
So now you’re a fully fledged swinger?
Errrm………..not by my definition no.
How do you mean?
Different people have a different definition for a swinger. In my mind it is the couples that are the true swingers and the singles are sometimes invited to join in. By my definition I can’t be a swinger because I’m not in a relationship but if you were to ask me if I was involved in swinging then the answer would be yes.
Would you ever become a swinger?
I honestly don’t know. It doesn’t necessarily follow that two singles involved in swinging will become swingers if they form a relationship. They may be perfectly happy with the sexual side of their new relationship or they may just hate the idea of seeing their new partner with other people. Either way they could end their involvement in swinging altogether and I’ve seen that happen several times since I’ve been on the site.
Is everybody on the site involved in swinging?
Far from it. There is a huge range and diversity of people using the site. At one end of the scale you’ve got people that have no intention of getting involved in swinging but they enjoy the open forum and the freedom to discuss what others may regard as subjects and at the other end of the scale you’ve got people advertising to satisfy a one off fantasy that they may have. The swingers are somewhere in the middle but it’s the diversity that makes the site what it is.
How do you get involved?
It depends what you want to get involved in. If you just want to get involved in the site it’s as simple as registering a user name and joining in. Getting involved in swinging is a different matter. From a single guys perspective it can take a lot of hard work and patience. If you’re using the site to find a quick sexual encounter there’s a chance it might happen but getting involved in swinging takes a lot more effort.
Has the site worked for you?
Yes it has. I’ve met loads of different people I would never normally have met and have made some very good friends through it. It might not get shouted from the rooftops but the site has many success stories.
Have you found what you’re looking for?
No not yet. Sod’s law states that if I hang around here long enough an open minded, liberated female from the Lancashire area will come along and we’ll get on like a house on fire and form a swinging relationship. Well, that’s the plan anyway.

As a relative newbie to the site (5 months), I have found everyone to be welcoming, friendly, open and fun. Some nights (and days) in the chatroom I have nearly fell off my chair laughing at the cameraderie that goes on.
My aim when joining with site was to talk to other relaxed, like-minded individuals who didn't think that sex only happened when your married. What I didn't expect to happen was to make good friends who were there for you through the fun times and the
times.
As a single female, I wanted to explore my sexuality and have fun in a safe environment where I didn't feel threatened, harrassed or put under pressure (as can happen in swinging clubs). This site certainly meets my criteria and exceeded my expectations.
The last mini-munch was a fantastic social experience that enabled me to put faces to names. I was made to feel welcomed and in the relaxed atmosphere I had a great time. Roll on the next party xxxxx
