To be honest when i send out my pictures in responses, i am kinda apprehensive i guess because discretion is important to me. So it feels really crap when i do get responses like that. Anyone else received abusive replies? What can be done about it anyway? :shock:

Talking from my own perspective I that is entirely unacceptable maybe even serious abuse of the AUP. I would report it to the mods and ask for them to deal with the abuser. The acceptable use policy clearly states that these are unacceptable;
Anything hateful, like racist remarks, or using offensive terms offensively.
Abusive or aggressive behaviour towards other people on here.
Serious or continued abuse of Swinging Heaven's Acceptable Use Policy may result in further action being taken accordingly. We report to the Police, ICSTIS, your ISP, etc. You have been warned.
YOU also have the option of taking it to the police as it is unnacceptable in society full-stop.

There is a system already in place for you to report such ads and responses. We do not tolerate such behaviour as you have experienced and will happily deal with the offenders.
Use the 'report this ad' link at the bottom left of each ad and tell us why. It's best if you can then FORWARD the reply you received - either from an abusive member or from the sewage which is trying to invade the photo ads system with spamming pay for sites or pay to view cam offers - to us for evidence.
If you get an abusive email out of the blue yonder then FORWARD it to us anyway.
If you have your email address on your ad set to anonymous on then people can't reply to you without being a member and therefore traceable.
We DO take such issues seriously. PM a Mod - we are cuddly!!

it was on a email. i took offence but then tried to let it go. i just feel a little disappointed with people. its quite easy to imagine them not existing anywhere but on tv, guess im young and foolish,
I didnt really think to keep it as evidence or anything, i just deleted his email and blocked him. do i contact the moderators via the "contact us" sign?

If your problem is about an ad then use the 'report this ad' link - otherwise you can use the 'contact us' link or PM a Moderator - any of the above!

but yes i get abusive replys, the best one's are when a guy sends you a message and you say no you don't want to meet and they get all defensive saying ...well your a fat bitch anyway i can do better than you, you sound be grateful i want to meet you :shock: (yes i did actually get that as a reply once)......what i wonna know is if i'm a fat bitch anyway and they can do better why fecking message me in the first place.....does that not make them more desparate than me

Welcome to s.h. gymguy. Sorry you've had a bad experience so soon after joining, sure the moderators will sort it out for you. Don't let the low-lifes get to you dude, my advice is to forget it, rise above it, count yourself lucky you didn't actually get to meet the person. The people on the forums are a great bunch, tolerant and accepting of others, regardless of age, race, religion, size, sexuality etc. Don't let one bad experience put you off enjoying the site.

I can only echo what sexysteph and the others have already said. None of us have to swallow shallow minded peoples worthless rants & opinions. It's a shame those few bring down the mood for the many decent people who are part of swinging heaven.
